we’ve had nothing but a positive experience with kinrest. we had a couple of different leaks in our home causing mold. on top of that, we have small children and i am at the end of pregnancy. anthony and his team worked quickly and diligently to remediate our problems. they communicated well throughout the whole process. josh was our point of contact and he was super kind and responsive to all of my questions. we highly recommend them!

I discovered that the paint on our downstairs bathroom walls was damp and bubbling out. I called our plumber, who came out right away and determined that the problem was that water was leaking from our upstairs shower, causing mold growth — but that the plumbing was fine. The leak was through the old tile floor of the shower. Yuck! He told me to call a water damage restoration company.

I found Kinrest Property Restoration online; Josh came out to inspect. He was very thorough, and told me that the mold in the walls had probably been growing for years. He kindly explained the three-day process they’d use to remove the mold and all the affected drywall and baseboards, and dry out the space between the upstairs floor and the downstairs ceiling. Josh kindly listened to all my concerns, and addressed them all.

I got the estimate right away from Kinrest’s Anthony; we were surprised at how affordable it was. Anthony even provided names of drywall folks who could put everything back together afterward (which worked out wonderfully well).

Kinrest’s workers arrived quickly. They removed all the damaged bits in one day, took away all the moldy material, cleaned up after themselves, and set up dehumidifiers in both bathrooms.

After two days, Josh came back to inspect the work and remove the dehumidifiers. I was impressed again by his calm demeanor and kind manner.

Josh and Anthony took my horrible situation and turned into an easily solvable problem!

Awhile back I unfortunately dealt with a sewage back, I wasn’t sure what to do. I spoke with Anthony the owner of Kinrest and he walked me through the whole insurance process step by step.
